During my stay, I enjoyed the beautiful public beach near the resort. I loved finding local food options within walking distance, which gave me a taste of the area. After a long day, I appreciated the attentive service at the beach bar.
I encountered a significant issue with pests in my room. Despite reporting it, the staff did not address my concern properly, which disrupted my stay.

The pool area felt smaller than advertised, and elevator wait times were frustratingly long!!! A thorough cleaning of common spaces would enhance the overall experience!!!

Enjoyed the wonderful dining at Serafina, especially the fresh poke bowls. My husband and I had a lovely time soaking up the sun and relaxing by the bar.
My kids wished the wait for room service was shorter. The delays were frustrating and took away from our fun family time.

The Renaissance in San Juan had a great beach location. The various pools were lovely and provided a nice ambiance for relaxation. The Spanish restaurant offered delicious meals—the flavors were on point. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially at the bars. In my room, I enjoyed a fantastic ocean view which made my mornings brighter. However, the room itself felt small and somewhat outdated, which was disappointing for the price. I encountered a significant issue with pests in my room. Despite reporting it, the staff did not address my concern properly, disrupting my stay. Some facilities were under renovations, which impacted the overall experience. While the beach access was convenient, the lack of immediate on-site food options was inconvenient. The prices for drinks and some food items seemed high for the quality provided. Overall, enjoyable but with room for improvement.

Amazing beach vibes!
We had an ocean-view suite that was super clean and comfy. The staff were so friendly, especially Ernesto at the front desk. Loved grabbing snacks from the poolside bar. Only wish the thermostat worked better. it felt a bit too warm at night. Still, would totally recommend it!

The Ocean View Room was pretty nice! The beds were really comfy and the view from the second floor was amazing. You could see the ocean and the beach right from our window. It felt clean and bright, which I loved. The only thing was, the noise from the bars below could get annoying sometimes. But overall, it was a solid spot to relax after a busy day.

The beachfront access really stands out, giving guests a prime spot for sunbathing and enjoying the ocean breeze. Rooms in the oceanfront tower feature stunning views, making them perfect for relaxation after a long day.
The ongoing renovations were a major downside, with noise starting early and dust lingering in the air, which certainly detracted from the overall experience. Elevators seemed slow and untrustworthy, adding to inconveniences during our stay. The beach chair situation was lacking. despite paying a nightly resort fee, the chairs were worn and uncomfortable, and they were taken down frustratingly early in the evening.
